As much as I have tried to avoid the idea...it's time to head back to school. Thankfully, I have found some great ideas on Pinterest to keep this month fun!

I gave this pin a try this weekend and it was super simple! Even without a sewing machine, I was able to sew up a couple in under an hour. Once filling with rice, it only took 20-30 seconds to warm in the microwave. These will be great to throw in my jacket pocket on cold mornings.

ReplyDeleteThe hand-warmers are great! Although I live in a climate where I may not need them as much, I was wondering, maybe I could put potpourri inside and put them in my drawers and closets. Great gift, as well. Thank you for that idea. Happy New Year :)

ReplyDeleteLove the handwarmers! I always wonder about those "hot hands" packets, but this version is completely natural. It's probably possible to like add a couple of drops of an essential oil to make them smell good too! Thanks for sharing!

ReplyDeleteI bet those hand warmers will work great! Someone once made me something similar with a (new) sock filled with rice. It worked great wrapped around my neck for sore shoulder muscles. That rice stays warm for a while.
